Technical Specifications
The test works on the immunochromatographic principle, where the RSV antigen in the specimen reacts with specific antibodies embedded in gold-conjugated particles. The antigen–antibody complex migrates along the membrane to the test region (T), where it binds to a second set of antibodies specific to RSV antigens, producing a visible colored line. The presence of the control line (c) confirms that the test is valid.

This test requires a nasopharyngeal swab sample
Insert the swab into the extraction buffer tube and rotate it to release the specimen.
Add 3 drops of the extracted specimen into the sample well (S) on the test cassette.
Wait for 15 minutes and read the result.
