Measles IgG ELISA quantitative and qualitative detection of class G antibodies to the measles virus by enzyme immunoassay in plasma.
- Dilute the sample and place it into the microplate.
- Add calibration controls and perform incubations as outlined in the instructions.
- Wash the microplate and add the conjugate solution.
- After incubation, add TMB substrate and stop the reaction.
- Measure the optical density (OD) at 450 nm and 620-655 nm.
- Positive Result: IgG concentration ≥0.18 IU/mL
- Negative Result: IgG concentration ≤0.12 IU/mL
- Indeterminate Result: IgG concentration between 0.13 – 0.17 IU/mL
